Description
Scott Solar Boilermaker Aerators
The Scott Solar Boilermaker Aerator is the ultimate solution for remote ponds and lakes without access to traditional electricity. Designed for clean, eco-friendly, and affordable performance, this surface aerator uses solar energy to create high-volume water circulation, maximizing oxygen transfer and rapidly breaking down muck and organic debris.
The Boilermaker features a low-profile design and a submersible, solar-powered Franklin Electric induction motor. It operates as a "direct-drive" system—powering up with the sun and shutting down after dark—eliminating the need for expensive and high-maintenance battery banks.
Key Features:
-
Eco-Friendly High Flow: Moves up to 200 GPM (1/2 HP) or 300 GPM (3/4 HP) to maintain pond health and fish vitality.
-
Direct-Drive Solar: Operates at variable speeds based on available sunlight. No batteries required.
-
Rugged Construction: Features a stainless steel, oil-free submersible motor that is exceptionally durable and maintenance-free.
-
Winter-Ready: Designed to withstand sub-zero conditions. Can be left in the water year-round and even used as a de-icer in winter.
-
Complete System: Includes the aerator, solar PV panels with frame, disconnect box, Fhoton™ drive solar inverter, and 70 feet of submersible power cord.
-
Fresh & Salt Water Compatible: Suitable for a wide range of aquatic environments.
