These assembly includes 6" air diffusers, a underlay plate (to keep diffuser out of mud) and a check valve to prevent water from backing up into the airline. Standard air hose fitting is 1/2".
2 Stone Diffuser - This assembly includes two 6" long air diffusers, Maximum air flow is 1 CFM for this diffuser.
4 Stone Diffuser - Typically used where the depth is less than 8' or in smaller ponds with smaller compressors. Requires 1.5 to 2.4 CFM. S1 underlay included. Outlet 1/2" male barb fitting included. Shipped in two boxes.
6 Stone Diffuser - Usually recommended in 8-40' of water and requires 3.0 - 7 CFM. S1 underlay (included) prevents sediment erosion and suspension. Outlet 1/2" male barb fitting included. Shipped in two boxes.
If you have a quartz sleeve make sure and clean it with acetone when you change your bulb to truly have a clean quartz sleeve. As a general rule of thumb, you should change your UV bulb after about 8,000 hours use. This is about once a year.
