Shipping Policy

• We currently ship in the USA and Canada.
• Orders received before 1pm EST will usually ship out the same day.
• Please allow 3-10 business days for your order.
• In rare cases if items are on back order we will notify the customer within 24 hours.

Return Policy

• Please call or email us before sending a return back.
• There is a 15% restocking and shipping charges for orders canceled after they already shipped.
• If items are damaged during shipment Underwater Warehouse will replace the item for free.

Warranties

• We fullfill all warranties such as pumps which fail during their warranty period.

Taxes

• Only Pennsylvania customers will be taxed.
